WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.—-Today, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. , announced an agreement with Diamond Properties, LLC and Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. to open the third Element Hotel in the Washington Metropolitan Area in Herndon, Virginia in the spring of 2010.
